The Company

Since the year 1999, GreenPak Products has dedicated our time and investments on environmentally friendly food packaging. Although this is a tip of an ice burg in this new industry, we have spend enormous attention towards the research and developments. We hope to discover the best quality products and service we can provide to the public. Ultimately, the return of this goal will be to mother nature once again. Reducing much of the waste, preserving the trees and forests so hopefully there will be a better environment for the better tomorrow. GreenPak Products has invested over 3 million USD in manufacturing, operations, R & D,  nurturing the business as a consumer trusted brand name product. In the last 6 years, we have our rise and falls. Some of the issues was due to China policies, many of them are the know-how's and  technologies used to produce such quality products and services.

Products

The products we bring and offer are some of the finest reproductions of China's invention. These materials contains natural resources such as Reeds, Sugar Cane Baugasse(bi-products of sugar), and Bamboo. We mix these short fiber materials into a small percentage of wood pulp for molding and finished product. These cups, these bowls and other fine products we produce or carefully QCed products are the out come of the amazing 180 fully biodegradable food packaging products. During the year 2004, we have focused on Sugar Cane Baugasse pulp to use solely without any wood pulp to produce the finest materials to decompose in soil. This has been the most popular demand thru year 2005.

Food packaging is the first phase of our products. Our R&D and the general market predicts that we can produce electronic and home appliances interior packaging materials by the year 2004-2005. In this we hope to search for a better solution then Styrofoam, or plastic products. These are the greater edges that we can pull from. To reduce pollution and the rise of garbage sites.

Company Overview

GreenPak Products Ltd is a research and development company specializes in biodegradable products for the packaging industry. With the generous support from governmental department and various research institutions, our company is able to utilize Reeds, sugar-cane baugasse and wheat extract as an alternative raw material to produce paper-related products. During the past two years, GreenPak Products Ltd. has joined effort with several manufacturing plants in China to pioneer a product development program which can meet the strict specification of international environmental code. We have also successfully modified several assembly lines to be highly efficient and productive.

At GreenPak, we are aiming for a global union to begin using these biodegradable products. We hope to help the environment by cutting less trees, breaking down less forests so the greenhouse effects would continue its paste to create a better atmosphere for everyone in the world. This is not a presumption, its a fact. We can all help by recycling in the early 90's, and so I believe we can continue this effort by using little or no Styrofoam and plastic to ensure the better future of our next generation and beyond.

GreenPak Products is currently situated in Hong Kong, SAR, China. A sister office in Los Angeles and San Francisco will help the North American regions. Also an office front with representative agents in Japan, and Taiwan already in progress of helping their local distributions. Our main office in Hong Kong deals with the greater Europe and Australia regions. Even in the Russian Federation, we have appointed agents and received certifications for environmental distributions for these products. These are some of our teams efforts to help reduce pollutions and wastes in this sense of environmental concerns. We wish to continue our success in the near future with brand name companies such as Mcdonalds; KFC; Wal-Mart; etc... With the help of these big fellows, we will really show the world how to reduce waste and pollution in a serious sense.

Company Alliance

GreenPak has already begun productions in paper cups, paper towels and paper plates in Shang Hai, China. We have also signed contracts with 5 trusted manufacturers which we carefully quality controlled over. These manufacturers carry other products such as paper bowls, lunchboxes, trays, etc... In the year 2004, we will also include these manufacturers located in the greater China region as our sub-manufacturers. We will invest partially or whole of the factory or production lines. These actions will give us greater strength to withhold accounts with large capacity requirements such as Star Bucks, a great demand for cups. Mcdonalds; KFC, etc...

GreenPak, is also looking for Joint Venture companies who would like to involve in the environmental industry. This will help us to promote and help other countries, to better educate them with this new product that is already in the market. Some of the places you will see these items are Japan; Taiwan; China and Europe. With the exception of Europe, Those Asia regions have already began bi-law action to prohibit use of plastic and Styrofoam.

Facts and Figures

To better educate viewers and purchasing officers in a short sentence, Styrofoam does not change shape or foam after 200 years. If you can image this, imagine Plastic! Trees are actually biodegradable, but the time is far too long. The process can take anywhere from 3-10 years depending on the grade of wood and the mixture the manufacturers used. At this moment, GreenPak Products are still experimenting with the mixture of wood pulp and natural resources. Reeds and Wood Pulp mix at a percentage level of about 60/40. Sugar Cane Baugasse can work at 90%, with the only exception of the look. The coloration of this product is still leaning on yellowish side. This is due to the sugar content still rich within the pulp after the production of sugar. But the excessive waste of Sugar Cane Baugasse are enormous. Well, over 600millions tons of excessive waste are measured in the year 2002 recorded across the globe. This is only an estimate. How we clean, dispose or even send these wastes are being questioned every year.

Market Overview

The introduction of plastic material in the 50's and polystyrene in the 70's provided an economic way of packaging for many businesses. However, the concern towards the decomposition of these materials has been dramatically increased in many countries as the revitalization of land fill takes much longer time than normally expected. Therefore, waste management has become a pressing international issue for every country to deal with. In the past decade, scientists has put in vast effort in an attempt to reduce the quantity of garbage being discarded and that including the usage of recycle paper and plastic containers which hopefully, could be decomposed easier and resolve the problem respectively. Unfortunately, polystyrene products remain unsolvable matter. In 1995, the Chinese government was aware of the polystyrene product problems and the policy of limiting the usage was enforced. At the same time, a number of natural substances were put into study in order to search for a more suitable substitute for polystyrene. Within two years, paper plate and lunch box which consists of sugarcane baugasse were introduced and are widely used in Mainland China today. During 2000, a more natural substance known as Reeds was found. It provides an alternative as raw material for the packaging industry in replacement of polystyrene. Understanding that a large percentage of our daily disposable items such as coffee cups, napkins, lunch boxes are non-recyclable and reusable, GreenPak Products Ltd. Foresee a growing demand for environmentally friendly products worldwide, especially in countries where there is limited space to discard the waste. We also expect to see in the very near future a more restricted policy will be in place amongst many countries. In such connection, the natural and bio-degradable products of Reeds will be a major substitution. The annual demand of this environmentally conscious product will grow geometrically and we strongly believe that this is a promising business opportunity in the decade to come.
